Ethnic dolls have a fairly soft market at the moment; it's quite rare for individual dolls to sell for more than $50 at auction.

Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A vintage French celluloid can-can girl
Probably The Netherlands (Holland), mid 20th Century
With blond hair, her hat profusely trimmed with white and burgundy feathers, her dress with red satin trimmed with black and white lace, garter, stockings and boots. Presumably unmarked.
7-9 inches tall
CONDITION: This doll appears to be in good condition with some wear commensurate to age and use.
PROVENANCE: Inherited
