Is made out of plastic

I don't know if you saw my initial question; I'm moving ahead and appraising this as a cloth-body doll with papier-mache head so if it's NOT made of that, please let me know and I'll update the appraisal with a more appropriate value.
There are several similar dolls currently listed for sale online, with all offered for less than $50.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

possibly by Eros Florence, 20th Century

4-5 inches tall
