Dear Luis,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry and for your patience.
This is a sitting Indonesian Buddha statue. In the head there is the Ushnisha and the pose is Bhumisparsha Mudra. These Buddha statues can represent teaching, meditation, or an attempt to reach enlightenment. It is more commonly known as the 'earth witness' mudra. It is in this posture that Shakyamuni overcame the obstructions of Mara while meditating on Truth.
As it is not signed, it is not possible to determine the age exactly but it looks from 20th century, and made out of brass, presumably.
