Here is the LOC listing for the print (chromiolithograph), without frame: https://www.loc.gov/item/2018645793/ The print, including frame measures: 24.5" x 21.5" There are a few "not quite" tears in the paper; they look more like old paper that is creased. Overall, the print looks to be in good shape, at least better shape than the one on record at the LOC.
Print was bought at an antiques market in 2010, in upstate NY.

Thank you for your request. The apprised object is a color lithograph print with the measurements 24.5 x 21.5 inches. The print is a reproduction after painting with the portrait of George Washington. This print was made in the 19th. This print was made for Dr. D. Jayne's family medicines and contributed by Jayne, David, 1799-1866.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 100 to 200 USD.
