Thank you for the additional information and your patience. regarding a technical problem, your information was not displayed. This is a bronze figurine with the measurements 21 inches high. It shows a cowboy riding a horse while a Rodeo. The bronze is signed and has the edition number of 35/75. Also, there is a copyright 1992 which was the date of the cast of this bronze. The bronze was made by the American artist Earl Wesley Bascom (1906-1995) who mainly depicted motifs connected to Cowboys or horses.
An estimation would be between 1500 and 3000 USD.
