Heavy charm bracelet with Egyptian looking charms
A City public surplus auction
Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This woman bracelet is in yellow metal and has about 18 charms. The pendants are all in yellow metal as well, only one seems tarnished. According the aspect both the bracelet and 17 charms could be in solid gold, except is the small oxited pendant which seems in other not precious metal. This kind of bracelet was very common during the '50-'60 and traditionally who has them, uses to collect and add charms during years. Indeed some of the pendants look more recent (like the butterfly, pineapple and the Indu idle), others are probably older (the Egyptian style ones, the ball with turquoise and coral pastes, the enameled ladybug). Observing the pictures the bracelet could weight about 35g. Charm bracelets are really appreciated from vintage jewellery lovers.
