What does this mean?

This is a vintage, later 20th century, dated 1973 (on affixed label) original African batik textile decorative wall art piece depicting an ancient Egyptian woman that was by American artist, Gina Lombardi Bratter and distributed by Greg Copeland Art. Gina Lombardi Bratter has a studio in Dobbs Ferry, New York and is known for pioneering the art of batik in the West. Batik is a form of textile art, originating in Indonesia using dyes and wax resist. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables.
