Unattributed (maker is unknown) dolls do not carry as much weight in the market currently as dolls by known makers, or as much they once did. Given that this doll has been in your family, it likely has greater sentimental value than market value (currently $40-60).
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage molded polychrome bisque doll
Continental, early-mid 20th Century
With molded bisque head with painted features and sleeping eyes and ash-blonde wig, wearing a regional Northern European hat, shirt and dress, with composition hands, red-stockinged legs and black shoes with buckles, marked "2" underneath. Unsigned.

CONDITION: Paint losses to eyes but other wise this doll appears to be in good condition.
