6 pieces - Sterling silver, wine glasses?, height 5.5 in x 3 in wide see photos
Passed down through the family
This is a set of vintage 20th century 8-sided stemware 'glasses' in sterling silver and with parcel gilt receptacle interiors. These are primarily for water, though just as easily can be used for wine if preferred. The hallmarks on this indicate the stemware was produced in America by Gorham from Rhode Island. There is not a year cipher showing in the image of the underside; year ciphers were ceased from 1933 - 1941, which is likely the timeframe of these. The A10173 is the mold form pattern 'name'. The estimate is for all 6 together as a set and is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
