Hi Tim,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
R.C. Slocum (Richard Copeland Slocum, born 1944) is a noted American college football coach best known for his long tenure at Texas A&M University, where he served as head coach from 1989 to 2002. He is the winningest coach in both Texas A&M and Southwest Conference (SWC) history, leading the Aggies to three straight SWC championships in the early 1990s and setting a record for consecutive conference wins. Under his leadership, A&M achieved national rankings, bowl appearances, and sustained success within the SWC before it dissolved in 1996.
This is a limited edition print titled "Farmers Fight", by artist Benjamin Knox; it depicts the history of Texas A&M university football. "Farmer's Fight" is a reference to the university's traditions and fight song.
Unsigned versions of this print retail at the Benjamin Knox Gallery (https://benjaminknox.com/products/farmers-fight) for $65 but the pencil signatures of both Knox and Slocum more than double its value and it would likely sell at auction for between $100 and $150 and retail for around $200.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A near vintage "Farmers Fight" limited edition lithograph print
