What does this mean?

The appraised work is a reproduction print of The School of Athens, a fresco painting by Italian artist Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino (1483-1520), better-known as Raphael in 1509-11. The print depicts a specific detail of the fresco, a double portrait of the Ancient Greek philosophers Aristotle and Plato. This work is a Polaroid replica from the Polaroid Museum Replica Collection. The estimate provided is based on comparables recently offered and sold at auction. The appraised work's size, composition, medium and condition (based on images provided), as well as the current auction market for reproductions of this type were taken into consideration when determining the estimate. In many cases, pricing for similar examples available on the primary (retail) market vary, and are often higher than secondary (auction) market examples.
