Thank you for your appraisal inquiries with Mearto. The item presented appears to be a photo offset lithograph after an illustration by American Civil War painter Don Stivers (1926 - 2009). The print is titled and depicts a portrait of a "First Sergeant" of the Union army and dates to 1987. The print is pencil-signed by the artist and numbered of a limited edition of 2,000 to the lower left. Apologies, I am unable to identify the number of the edition based on the images provided.
