Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be the fragment of a pulpit antependium. The pulpit is the raised stand for preachers in a Christian church, usually on the side of a church near to the altar. The fragment in your possession was most likely hand embroidered in a monastery during the first half of the 19th century. It bears the latin inscription "Deus Meus et Omnia" above a cross and crossed hands between antlers? A reference to St.Hubertus? The lower part of the embroidery appears to be missing. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction.
