The presented object appears to be a flintlock pistol without any hallmarks of proof stamps. The barrel and the shaft are decorated with brass inlay work. The lock itself is decorated with an elaborated engraved decor. Often the shaft and the lock don't belong together and are assembled in a second step. The lock could be French or Spanish according to the decor but then it would be stamped with proof marks. This pistol was made in the middle or second half of the 18th century.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 200 to 400 USD.
