Thank you for your request. The requested object is a gouache on paper with the dimensions of 18 x 27 inches. The drawing depicts a beach scene and is signed and titled with "Fogarty Beach" and "Richard Lawlor" which can be identified with the artist Richard LAWLOR (1911-2002). The drawing is in good condition and no damages are visible.
An estimation would be between 40 to 80 USD.
