A framed poster of 'The Gates', a work by Christo, installed in Central Park, 2005, signed by the artist with ancillary materials in a manila envelope mailed to me. These include a press release from 2005, 4-8x10 color photographs of the installation taken by his assistant Wolfgang Volz and a small patch of the orange fabric used in the work. The print was given to me by the artist in 2005-6. Christo and Jeanne Claude were neighbors in Soho for many years. Apologies for the reflections in the photo which were taken in my now closed restaurant.
