The work measures approximately 9 x 11 in. and has been attributed to the French artist, Francis Picabia (1879-1953) due to the presence of the signature at the bottom right of the composition. This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided.

Therefore, the unfortunate conclusion from this investigation is that the work of art presented is most likely a forgery, which holds no market value.
