This is a Guilt framed original signed Watercolor by Frank Irving Wetherbee (Mass. Artist) that is 32" x 20" / Forest Scene with waterfall depicted.
My Mom purchased this long ago on trips to Upstate NY when we vacationed. It has an all wood plank backing and appears to be an original framed watercolor by this known artist. It measures inside the frame approx. 32 x 20 inches. The signature of the artist is on the lower right and accurate compared to other paintings by this artist.
