Hi Johanna,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
This vase is attributed to Barbedienne, the name of a famous 19th-century French foundry—Fonderie d'Art Barbedienne—that specialized in casting sculptures and decorative objects. It was made into a lamp in the 20th Century, a move that I'm sorry to say devalued it (comparable urns and vases in this pattern are currently selling at auction for between $2,500-3,500; this has a fair market value of $700-1,000 in its current condition.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
An antique French Neoclassical patinated bronze, marble and ormolu mounted urn lamp
attribute to Fonderie d'Art Barbedienne
Of circular section with embossed gilt bronze cuffs to the rim, neck and shoulders, applied with molded handles terminating in masks, the conical body of the lamp with bas-relief figure of a dancing maiden, on a turned foot on square plinth socle. Electrified.
28 inches high; 9 inches width across handles.
CONDITION: Electrified
PROVENANCE: Acquired at a secondhand store
$ 800-1,200*
*represents a fair-market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary.
Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, or questions/concerns, and thank you again for using Mearto.

Johanna,
Your appraisal reads as though you just wanted a single lamp appraised but I can see a matching lamp in one of the photos. If you'd like me to appraise both lamps together please let me know.
Thanks,
Delia
