This piece of art was handed down after my parents passed. It is numbered and signed. That is all I know about it. Supposedly handed to my parents bye Willie Nelson, the country singer.
Willie Nelson was the previous owner according to my parents. It was a gift, after the IRS raid. I don't know its origins other than that.
