Fruits in a bowl ML
20x24" Oil painting depicting a bowl filled with pears and oranges on top of a table with scattered oranges and a pear. Also contained is a suspended unknown root vegetable. Unable to discern the artist's signature since i dont want to disturb the wooden frame. I inherited the painting from my late grandfather who was a an upscale jewelery designer in midtown NYC. The painting was acquired by him from a customer who in addition to paying cash for the jewelery that was custom designed for him, gave my grandfather this painting.

Thank you for your request. This is an painting, probably acrylic paint or oil on board or canvas, showing the motif of an still-life with oranges, peas and carrots. I can´t detect a signature in the attached photo detail. This painting was made in the last third of the 20th century.
