The object in question is a wonderful set of Georg Jensen Margrethe flatware, designed by Rigmor Andersen in 1966 for the legendary Danish silver makers. All pieces are marked as Danish Sterling Silver and with the oval Georg Jensen symbol.
The set contains 48 pieces and three servers.
Estimated value at an auction: 2.400 - 2.800 US Dollars
The retail price in an antiques shop could be much higher.
