Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a privately issued cast piece of silver (?) in the form of a coin, very purely made, with the portrait of George V King of England and on the reverse the inscription 10 gms silver 999 BT. The execution of this 21st century item is so crude that it would surprise me if indeed silver is part of the alloy.
