The doll marking “A13/0 M” is attributed to the German doll maker Armand Marseille, one of the most prolific and well-known porcelain doll manufacturers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. A M = Armand Marseille while 13/0 indicates the head mold size, not the model number. The numbers vary based on the scale of the doll.
Marseille's dolls are among the finest in the world and still achieve comparatively high prices when sold at auction. Armand Marseille dolls of this size usually sell for between $150 and $200; note that doll dealers may ask more for any they are selling. It's also worth pointing out that comparable dolls by other makers usually bring much less than that.
