Judging from the few photos provided it appears to be a german Luftwaffe dagger.The officer dagger of the Luftwaffe was introduced on July 15, 1937 for officers, officers in the officer rank, members of the engineering corps, upper sergeants, doctors, upper fireworkers after passing officer examination and officials candidate for the middle management service. The number of such daggers is rather high and demand is limited. The dagger in your possession has traces of use and some light corrosion. The estimate is based on similar offered or sold at auction.
