Polish glass artist Adam Jablonski. It is a 16”tall blue and white blown glass piece signed by the artist. It has his signature black metal strands. It was presented in the early 2000’s as a gift to the CEO of the Palm restaurants at the opening of the restaurant in Warsaw. I am the second owner

hand-blown by Adam Jablonski
Of rectangular and circular section with circular flared lip and baluster rectangular-section body in a mottled blue/white crystal overall. Bears original foil label.
16 inches tall; 9 inches diameter of lip
CONDITION: This vase appears to be in good condition.
PROVENANCE: Second owner; originally a gift from the artist.
