These are from the 1920s, though it's difficult to pinpoint a maker as this was a very popular style at the time and made somewhat ubiquitously.
Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A Set of 8 parcel gilt, etched and turned wine goblets
American or English, circa 1920s
each with gilt-banded rim, vine etched body and braided stem on a circular foot.
