Gold Antique Ring

Description
Gold ring passed down from my grandmother. The stone is black, not sure what it is. It is stamped 14K on inside of band. Slightly heavy, weighs 6 grams.
Dimensions
About 1 1/4" tall, from bottom of band to top of stone. About 3/4" at widest part.
