Gold pocket watch with baby block front case and face

Description
I do not know who made the watch as there is no manufacturer's name on it. It is gold pocket watch with a baby block design on the front case and also on the watch face. It has a what appears to be a locket attached to a braided "rope" that is attached to the watch with gold connections. See the attached photos.

A Gold Full Hunting Pocket Watch, circa 1920
the engine turned case with scroll carved edging, opening to reveal a satin gold dial with Arabic numerals with subsidiary dial, lever movement with no signature, on a ropetwist chain with locket and hair braid rope.
Recommend testing to ensure not gold plated
