Ridgeway Clocks is a distinguished American clockmaker with a rich heritage, now operating as a division of the renowned Howard Miller Clock Company. Founded in 1926 as the Gravely Furniture Company, it began crafting grandfather clocks exclusively in 1960—making Ridgeway the oldest continuous U.S. brand in longcase clocks. In 1985, Pulaski Furniture Corporation acquired Gravely and rebranded the clock division as Ridgeway Clocks. Then in November 2004, Howard Miller (Zeeland, Michigan) purchased Ridgeway from Pulaski and integrated its production—utilizing German-made Kieninger movements—starting in spring 2005.
These clocks do not have the same attraction to buyers they once did and comparable examples - even those in working condition - usually sell for around $500.

With broken swan's neck bonnet with engraved brass dial with Roman numeral chapter rings, waisted case with glazed (glass) door opening to a pendulum (and weights?), on a box base.
