The slip cast clock case in a neo rococo style is adorned with attached porcelain flowers. The porcelain mark is a Meissen imitation mark, consisting of crossed swords and the monogram SV, possibly an early porcelain mark of Johan Seltmann Vohenstrauß or Gräfenthal.
Similar table clocks sell in the price range listed. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
