Great grandmother's Teapot, tray, sugar and milk
This tea set was passed down from my great grand mother. I don't believe it is worth anything however it would be interesting to know the history and manufacturer. The family has some french roots but has been in Canada for a number of generations.
Been in the family at least 4 generations. Extremely tarnished.

It is a beautiful tea set. Such vintage tea sets are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
I cannot read the marks all that well but I can makeout that it says SP Copper - this means silverplated copper. The value is not very high compared to had the teaset been made of silver.
It was made in the early 1900s where both tea sets and this type of decoration was very popular. It may have been made in England or Germany where this was quite popular however it may also have been made locally. However due to the material the value is fairly low on an object like this.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online silver and objects of vertu auction, where I believe the silverplated 5 piece set has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the lovely tea set. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
