Guild Model DCE-5, SN FC051077, YR. 1996. with factory built in Fishman electronics. original hardshell case. I purchased new. Spruce top., Indian rosewood back and sides. Back is a carved one piece. Overall great condition with normal wear., I played this guitar on a lot of stages and some in recording studios. It got a great tone and electronic are very strong and even.

Guild's DCE series began with these Dreadnought Cutaway Electric guitars. They were designed as an alternative to imported acoustic-electrics. Guild's balanced acoustic sound, combined with Fishman's new Prefix Pro preamp system with matrix pickups, results in instruments that are capable of real acoustic tone, plugged or unplugged. The DCE-5 features a solid AA spruce top, laminated rosewood back and sides, ebony fingerboard, fishman onboard blender system, and Guild's high gloss finish.
