What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be late 19th century ( pre 1890) de Haviland lidded porcelain vase, transfer printed design of flowers, the lid missing, light damages to the rim. It is an elegant, elongated vase with a second rococo style base, the design of flowers anticipating the art nouveau style. The estimate is based on similar slightly damaged vases offered or sold at auction.
