The presented object appears to be a lithograph on paper with the measurements of 32 x 26 inches. The print depicts an abstract motif and was made by the German artist Hans HARTUNG (1904-1989). This print appears to be plate signed and dated 1955.

Can you have a second look if you see an impression on the paper correlating with the line of the handwriting of the signature?

Looks like it was signed to me...It's under glass now looks original to me.
I have added the cert and close up of image up of signature that I can get.
