Hi Christopher,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
I wasn’t able to find definitive biographical information on a specific Native American jeweler named Harrison Willie. It appears that pieces signed or attributed to “Harrison Willie” are described as vintage Navajo multi-stone inlay jewelry—featuring sterling silver, turquoise, coral, lapis, shell, malachite, and mother-of-pearl—often crafted in the Southwestern U.S. and sold at specialty auctions, such as Gallup, New Mexico.
There’s no widely documented artist profile or hallmark registry entry for Harrison Willie, unlike more well-known Navajo silversmiths such as Jim Harrison or Harrison Jim, who have established biographies, artworks, and recognized signatures.
The three different Navajo jewelry specialists I showed this to were not able to offer an attribution to an artist but all agreed that the fair market value for this bolo and buckle set was $400-600.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage Navajo sterling silver, turquoise and coral bolo tie and belt bucket
Unattributed Native American
Engraved "HW"
Both of oval section, the sterling silver forms inset with large turquoise stones and smaller coral pieces, the tie with black cord.
8 by 5 inches
CONDITION: This appears to be in good condition
PROVENANCE: Inherited?
$400-600 for the set*
*represents a fair-market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary.
Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, or questions/concerns, and thank you again for using Mearto.

Thanks - is there another signature other than the "HW"?
Also, is it OK for me to consult with a colleague off Mearto?
Thanks to confirm on both the above,
Delia
Just the HW on the bolo. And the buckle had not been repaired. That was a rumor. Please consult anyone you please.
The BOLO is Signed the size of the buckle is about 5"x3"
