Thanks again for your appraisal inquiries! This item appears to be a lithograph by an artist named K. Trower. Unfortunately, this artist is not listed so there is not much information out there regarding the artist. The print is signed in plate, hand-signed, and numbered 116 of an edition of 100 to the lower corners.

There are only a few auction listing of print by Trower and a few private sale listings (Ebay and the like). The estimate provided is based on the auction estimates and results of limited edition lithograph by the artist.
