16 inches tall, 7 inches wide, fully jointed. The year on it is 1987 and it appears to be numbered #67 and signed by Bonnie J. Hotchkins on the bears bottom right foot.
Estate sale
Good morning,Trenton,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. The name on the foot does not look look like Hotchkins to me and I've searched our databases for a variety of names and can't find anyone likely to have made this. Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
Golden Heart Teddy Bear, circa 1987
underside of foot signed indistinctly
16 inches tall
$150-250
Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, and thank you for using Mearto.
To clarify, are you needing an appraisal on all three bears or just the one you have attached a photograph of? You can attach additional photographs of the other two bears and I will give a value for a group of three, as well as individually. It would be good to see a photograph of the clearer signature as well. There won't be an additional charge as long as you attach photos to this inquiry, but I think there would be for subsequent inquiries. Thanks!
Good afternoon, yes I would like to do the group of three. I am sorry for the inconvenience my mother in law has Alzheimer's and communicating with her it's a challenge to say the least, while sometimes she is very lucid, more often she is not. She says that Bonnie J hotchkins was the founder of the hotchkins teddy bear company and is no longer living and that is why these are so valuable. I do not know if there is any truth to that I am simply trying to give all of the info that I have from her in her lucid moments. I will attach the pictures of the other two when I get home this evening. Once again thankyou and sorry for any inconvenience.
These two are basically the same as the first except they are a little bigger. The number 62 one is about 21 inches tall and the number 52 one is about 20 inches tall. Like the first one they are both fully jointed.

I did find out à little more about the teddy bear. I was wrong about the origin of it, it was not bought at an estate sale. It was bought from a peddler shop in Ohio by my mother in law in 1987 and I now have two more of them. They are also both signed and numbered. I agree that the signature was not very legible on the first bear, but the other two are more legible and clearly say Bonnie J. Hotchkins. Sorry to have given incomplete information on the first go round.
