Probably it is German, early Hummel figurine - little girl reading book. At the bottom it has a pressed crown with letters under "CW" as well as painted crown with letters "CW" under. It also has a pressed number 3. and bellow pressed numer 1. I can spot also letter "S." and of course signature "M.J Hummel" [if I decipher it correctly] . The signature and letter are green. It is in very good condition. Maybe there is slight fading of the paint or maybe it was always like that. I don't feel any cracks or chips under my finger, bur normal delicate use on the bottom, you can see at the pictures
