This is 27 1/4" wide by 23 1/4 high x 2 3/4 deep oil painting by J. Van Essen. It's in perfect condition and the frame is as well.

The appraised work appears to be an oil painting depicting hunters on horseback and hounds signed on lower right ‘J. Van Essen’. Framed work size: 23 1/4"(h) x 27 1/4"(w). It is in good condition overall.
Johannes Cornelis Van Essen (Netherlands 1854-1936) is remembered for his genre scenes, landscapes and animal paintings.
Similar works as yours remain relatively low at the moment. The estimate provided is based on recent auction estimates and results of this work and other comparable paintings by J.C. van Essen.
