Owned by my parents for over 40 years passed down to me. They were heavy smokers and the painting has suffered.

Thank you for the additional images and your patience. The apprised object is a painting made in oil on canvas with the measurements of 24 x 36 inches. It depicts a street scene in a French city probably in Paris. The painting is signed P. Roche. Sadly this artist is not mentioned in auction records or similar databases. This painting was made in the second half of the 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
