Hi Robert,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
Violin (and viola/cello etc) labels are notoriously unreliable (see these two links for a good explanation: https://stringsmagazine.com/an-insiders-guide-to-violin-labels/ AND https://www.benningviolins.com/reference/the-stradivarius-violin-label-what-it-means)
It is highly unlikely that this is an original 18th Century Strad and there are numerous Strad copies of varying age and condition on the market today; most in good condition sell at auction for less than $1,000. That said, if it IS an original (and it's impossible to determine that from these photos), it would be worth $20,000-30,000. If there is a violin store in your area - or Washington, DC - you might take it there for their opinion.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
An antique full-sized violin

Dear Madam:
After looking more at this violin I am a little mad because the pictures I bought it were not of the violin that I ended up with. The one I ended up with says:
"Antonius Stradiuarius Cremonensis
Facieabat Anno
Made in Japan"
Sorry to have troubled you:
Dear Madam:
It is 23 inches from the end of the scroll to the bottom of the chin rest. All of the strings are there however the bridge is not in placed under the strings. In the case there are two bridges a small or lower bridge which has the word "PAGANINI" on it and larger or higher bridge which has the word " ___?_____ PANPI"on it. In addition there is a box of unused strings which has written on it 'THE STRING WITH NINE LIVES' "TOM KAT" "VIOLIN STRINGS" "ONE SET" "V.C. SCUIER COMPANY MADE IN U.S.A..
On this box of strings is a label which says"NEIGHBOR $2000.
Beauty Shop
DENTIST
Director"
There is a flimsy substance on the chin rest that may have in it DNA that may revile the history of the player. There is also a box of PAGANINI FINEST-SOLD ROSIN IN CORK-CASE MADE IN GERMANY.
