Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a japanese watercolour of the 19th century, apparently by a follower of 池大雅 Ike No TAIGA (1723-1776). The printed seal differs from accepted originals of the artist. Some auction houses might list this japanese scroll as "attributed to Ike No Taiga" with an estimate of 150-300 USD. Especially eastern cultures have a different attitude towards copies. Viewed from a western point of view the watercolour lacks authenticity and has therefore only a decorative value.
