Purchased in Savannah, Georgia at an Asian Antique place. Slight crack on center piece of wood on top and middle tier. Other than those, it appears to be in very good shape. Three tiers.

Hello,
This is a three-tiered wooden stand, likely intended originally as an incense or scholar’s table. It is decorated with openwork lattice panels featuring auspicious Chinese motifs—particularly the bat (fu, symbolizing good fortune)—carved into the lower panels.
Such tables were commonly made for both domestic Chinese use and export markets during the late Qing dynasty (c. 1880–1910) and even into the Republican period (c. 1912–1930s). The bat motif was highly favored in traditional Chinese art, appearing on ceramics, furniture, and textiles.
The slight cracks described are consistent with natural aging and wood movement, especially for pieces subjected to environmental changes between Asia and the West.
