Good morning, Ari,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. This style of tile is, in most cases, Moorish majolica tiles done in Spain; sometimes they used old tiles (as old as the 14th or 15th century) but production of these tiles increased dramatically in the late 19th and early 20th century, when Orientalism was a popular style. It was also a very common feature of architectural decoration in the 1920s and 1930s.
Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A Spanish polychromed majolica pottery tile "tree of life" panel
Unattributed maker, probably late 19th or early 20th century
Comprised of 48 individual 8" by 8" tiles; overall dimensions 48" by 72"
PROVENANCE: previously in the Lafayette Hughes Polo Club Mansion, built at 41 Polo Club Circle, Denver, Colorado by Fisher & Fisher in 1925
$1,500-2,500*
