This lamp appears to be absolutely correct; there have been a few comparable examples to have come to market at auction in recent years, including one that sold for $1,500 against an estimate of $800-1,000 in 2021 (https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/115340738_tiffany-3-light-lily-lamp-stamped) but I've not found any with the same #301 base.

An antique Tiffany Studios bronze and favrile glass three-light table lamp
Base marked TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK / 301; shades each inscribed LC Tiffany Favrile
The bronze three-arm shade with three marked Louis Comfort Tiffany iridescent blue favrile shades, on a lobed domed base marked. Electrified.
Approximately 18 inches tall
CONDITION: This lamp appears to be in good condition; shades may not to original to the lamp
