The exaggerated topknot and downward cast eyes are characteristic of the Guru culture in Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), in the valley regions of the Bandama River.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A vintage Guru carved and polychrome mask
Ivory Coast, mid 20th Century
The elongated mask with exaggerated topknot, pierced ears and downcast eyes, bearing a small paper label inscribed "C4/ABJ."
14 inches high, 6 inches wide
CONDITION: This mask is in vintage-age- appropriate condition with some fading to the painted surface and some encrustation of dirt.
PROVENANCE: Acquired from a dealer/gallery
