"La mendiante venant de recevoir la charité" (The beggar just received the charity), plate 23 of 25 from Les Gueux, 1622-1624
etching, plate mark 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches
one of two states, the first state will have the watermark of Charles IV of Lorraine (double "C" crowned and crossed the cross of Lorraine )
