This piece is beautifully framed. It is a hand signed pp 4/5
I bought it many years ago. I’ve been the only owner.

Thanks, Jim, you're all set.
$100 -$200 dollars????
I think you’re off a little. This cost $3600 21 years ago. The frame alone was $800 at the time
You likely paid a premium price if you purchased this from a gallery.I realize the valuation is less than you'd like. The values Mearto appraises at are fair-market, for auction purposes. We frequently refer to auction platforms for the most current prices realized by comparable works/objects at auction - LiveAuctioneers, Invaluable and Bidsquare are the most commonly used. I would suggest you look at the results on this link: https://www.liveauctioneers.com/search/?keyword=%22wooster%20scott%22%20print&sort=-relevance&status=archive.
I'm of course happy to reconsider my valuation if you can find at least two examples of this print selling at auction within the last 5 years for more money; I couldn't. Please copy/paste links to those sales so I can compare how those examples measure up to yours.
To answer your question, the frame is 51.5”x 32” and the picture inside the white border is 40x20”
