Japanese embroidery "painting" of fishing hut with boat and Mt. Fuji in the background. Embroidered area is 10.5"H x 14.625"W (26.67cm x 37.15 cm). Material is thread with metallic thread used for accents.
Item was inherited from my great uncle. The were brought back from Japan after World War 2. He was military office stationed there. They have been in America since at least 1960.
